We told Savannah to pack up her boots because the Cunninghams are moving to Austin!
After a lot of thought, Conor has accepted a job in Austin, Texas and we will be moving in early December. We are very excited, but also more than a little sad. I’ve lived here for 7 1/2 years and Conor has been here for over ten, so there are a lot of people that we are going to miss. However, we both feel that this is the best decision for us long term. This way, Savannah will get to see both her Grandmas and Grandpas more often. PLUS Uncle Damian will be right across town (or right down the street if one of the rental houses we saw online works out – Hi Damian! We’ll be cool, I swear.)
More details to come, just know that I am sitting in my office in complete denial that I actually have to pack up this house and move it across the country. Where is the box fairy when you need her?
christine - YAHOO!!! so glad for you guys! and your parents! (I am sorry though that we never got to visit and see Seattle)… Derk’s sister lives in Austin. Somewhere on the south side. So the chances of us getting to see you guys is very good!! She loves it and has been there for 25 years. Wish I could help you with the packing!
