She came into this world with a clicky hip, wore a brace for 6 weeks to fix it, never crawled, walked late, resisted jumping, climbing, swimming – all of that stuff. Was put into physical therapy last year because of her ‘general spaziness’. In one year she has come so far. Look at this tall, strong body. She will never be an Olympian, but I am so proud of her.
