How in love with the new blog format am I?!?
I love that my photos aren’t getting all grainy and pixelated (and that WordPress is actually letting me upload them with out pain. Blogger, I’m looking in your direction.). I hope you are liking the new look too.
So…the juicer, as you remember from the last post has been getting some use. Savannah has been desperate for a lemonade stand and we indulged her finally. We had to make brown sugar lemonade because we were out of regular white sugar (I’m not sure how that happened) but it tasted great. Fresh squeezed is always a winner. Savannah netted about $4. She offered it for free but accepted tips and how could you not pay such a cute fairy a small tip?
After the stand, there was a business lesson on profit. Savannah and Conor calculated our costs versus her revenue. CEO training never ends around here. Eyes on the prize.
Kudos to Conor for sitting out in the heat with her! Also, looking at these photos, she’s in her pajamas. I cannot remember why, but I was really tired this day and obviously was letting some duties slide.
Chris - Good God that’s some brown lemonade!!! Give my congrats to the sweet CEO $4 is a pretty good take for free lemonade!!!
Mama - I know! It looks like iced tea – but it really was good.
