I know this is blurry, but I was alternating between wanting to have a great picture and not wanting her to fall and hurt herself. You can tell which won out.

Anyway….first time down the slide all by herself! I love the expression so much.

The New Camera – a love/hate thing

I got my new camera and I loooooooooove it. I smile fondly at it. I love it’s high ISO capability, it’s fast shutter click, it’s hefty feel in my hand.

I hate that Adobe is making me upgrade to Photoshop CS3 in order to view my RAW files from said new camera. Files that have cute pictures of my Savannah playing “Art Gallery” with her awesome drawings.

I know it’s not your fault darling camera. Adobe is just trying to prevent our love.

In the meantime, while I get this straightened out, here are some pics shot in a different mode.

Savannah: “I don’t have any socks! We need more socks!”
Mama: “Oh, should
we do some laundry?”
S: “Buy more socks….and clothes!”
M: “Well that sounds easier”
S: “….and JEWELRY! Buy more jewelry!”

She is also currently in her crib singing the Hello Song from music class to all of her animals. “Hel-LO! To the Panda! So nice to see you! Hel-LO! to Pumpkin Girl, so nice to see you too”

Hilarious. Although she should be napping.
