I had high hopes for an awesome cake eating demonstration after seeing her interest in this cake. You can see what happened in Part III.Even with our exhaustion nearing world record levels from the move and the plane trip, there was no way we were going to deny our baby girl a birthday party. Grandma Jean took care of the decorations and the cake. At age one, Savannah already has an obsession with Elmo.

OK, for real this time, I am going to be signing off for a while. We are dismantling the computers tomorrow (and by we, I mean Conor) so I’ll be on hiatus until we get to Dallas.
