OK, so Savannah is in a ‘mood’ today. She didn’t sleep well last night and has not napped well today. I have no idea why, but I am thankful that it is a nanny day because she has exhausted me mentally and physically.

However, here is her Halloween costume! We have another party on Saturday and of course, real Halloween, so I am hopeful to get some smiley pictures of her in her costume soon.

You’ve already seen our latest pumpkin patch adventure. We didn’t do a whole lot this weekend. We bought a new mattress for our bed, which I am thrilled about. The one we currently have is killing me. I wake up with a sore back every morning. It also could be that I am just old. As my mom always told me “It’s all downhill after you turn 8”. So true.

I had a shoot on Sunday. It was a reshoot from last weekend’s washout. A super nice (YOUNG – 20 and 21) couple – we were doing engagement pictures in the fall leaves! It turned out beautifully. Before I left, Conor took some pictures of Savannah and I out in the yard. He feels that props make a picture better, so that resulted in the below photos. Look how ticked she is in the last picture. She looks like she’s going to cut someone.

And also answering the question of “Does grass taste good?”

No, no it does not.
