My lovely friend Kathryn sent me a ‘tweet out’ the other day. I know I have been terrible about updating anything really, in the last few months. I just feel a little overwhelmed. I really thought that Kindergarten would mean a bit more time to finish all those thing that never get done, but it truly seems as though I have less time lately. Conor’s work is insane, my work is steady and S is all over the place with after school activities. Plus, she has tons of stuff at school that we want to go see and volunteer for. I’m stretched a bit thinner than I would like to be. But eh, such is life.
So anyhoodle, here is a bit of evidence that we do still have fun. The Zilker Kite Festival is one of the greatest things about Austin. Several hundred people flying kites out on the great lawn is quite a sight. We, of course, had a piggie kite. It was a fun afternoon.
