Conor is in Amsterdam at a family wedding and Savannah and I are so sad we couldn’t attend. We had to be responsible with school and all. However, we are thrilled for the new couple!!!!
To have our own fun Friday night we went out for fried chicken and ice cream. Not bad really….
Wedding photography is hard in a weird way. YES, I get to see many happy, beautiful events for couples that I have grown to LOVE in my time working with them. I cry a LOT at weddings. Especially during the dances and speeches. At the end of the night I an usually tired and hungry and sad I didn’t get 7 glasses of wine like most of the guests, but I feel good about what I do. I created memories for these couples and I LOVE that. That doesn’t mean I don’t goof around a bit. We test our lights with hilarious poses for the exit. My favorite lately is the Johnny Manziel Cashing Out Pose. You know our Johnny right?
