The Preschool Interview

I know right? An interview for a three year old.

There is a French immersion preschool just a few minutes from our house that we have been on the waitlist for and our number came up for next fall. The phone conversation went like this:

“Hi, this is Petite Ecole. We have a spot for Savannah this fall.”

“Oh great! What’s the next step?”

“Well, we need to schedule her evaluation and interview.”

“Uh, what now?”

So I have been stressing about my three year old being evaluated by this school for two weeks. We even had to reschedule due to her fever the other week.

I really didn’t need to worry though. We had our evaluation today and our girl was deemed super awesome. It was actually a really low key ‘interview’ and I worried for nothing. I don’t know why I thought they were going to ask her differential equations.

She LOVED the school too. She asked if she could go back tomorrow. I’m so happy (for her and us). She’ll be fluent in French by the time she’s five! Yea!

French School here we come!

K-RAZY!!

OK, so since I have been working like a crazy lady and dealing with, let’s call it a ‘Customer Service Issue’ (Call or email for the bloody details) I’ll let my lovely friend Kristen do the photos for right now.

Go here: http://faux-toes.blogspot.com and go to the second post down to see my beautiful family. We may not be the biggest, but I sure think we’re cute.

The Easter Bee

So Savannah found her alternate Halloween costume in the coat closet – the bumblebee outfit. She has not taken it off for 48 hours. It’s very three year old behavior and I find it kind of hilarious. She even went to the neighborhood egg hunt yesterday in costume.

Happy Easter from the Easter Bee!
